On 28 February 2008 the company was notified that Mr. C. Morrison, a
non-executive director of Centaur Media Plc had that day purchased 55,000
Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock
Exchange for £0.94 per share.


As a result of this transaction Mr. C. Morrison is now interested in 155,000
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.10812% of the issued
share capital.
