The Company announces that, on 1 July 2013 85,000 nil-cost options (the "Awards"), granted under The Centaur Media Plc 2010 Retention Plan, were exercised by MH Kerswell, a director of Centaur Media Plc. 

Following the exercise of the Awards, MH Kerswell's holdings in the Company were as follows as at 1 July 2013
