The Company was notified yesterday that Aberforth Partners LLP has a notifiable
interest in the voting rights over 17,833,700 Ordinary Shares of 10p,
representing 11.93% of the voting rights in the issued share capital of
149,479,502 in the Company.
Aberforth Partners LLP is not the beneficial owner of the shares, which are
registered in the names of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/C ABERFRTH and The Church
Commissioners for England (Chase GIS) Nominees Limited.
The Company has been informed that Aberforth Partners LLP holds further shares
but without access to voting rights.
