Publication of Circular

Further to the announcement earlier today by Centaur regarding the proposed Disposal of its Home Interest Business and the proposed Acquisition of MarketMakers, the Company is pleased to announce that the shareholder circular convening the general meeting and setting out further details on and the rationale for the Transactions (the "Circular") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.

Copies of the Circular along with the Form of Proxy in connection with the general meeting will be posted to shareholders today. The Circular and the Form of Proxy will be made available on Centaur's website at www.centaurmedia.com and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in the text of this announcement have the meanings given in the Group's announcement earlier today.

The expected timetable of the principal events in relation to the Transactions is as follows:
