Year end trading update
Centaur Media Plc (LSE: CAU), an international provider of market intelligence and specialist consultancy, is pleased to announce an update on trading in respect of its Full Year results for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Period").
The Board is confident that the Group will report results in line with current market expectations.
The Group has continued to make progress with the non-core strategic asset review and intends to give an update at its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on 20 March 2019.
Andria Vidler, Chief Executive, said: "We are pleased to have made good progress this year improving profitability and maintaining a strong cash flow and a solid balance sheet. We have also accelerated the simplification of the Group's structure to create a more focused business and are exploring selective divestments.
Today we have announced the launch of XEIM, the new name for the Group's marketing businesses. This enhanced customer focussed network will enable us to offer clients a more integrated and coordinated service."
