Results of Annual General Meeting
Central Asia Metals PLC (AIM: CAML) announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.
Retirement of Kenges Rakishev
Further to our announcement made on 26 April 2018, the Company confirms that Mr Kenges Rakishev retired from the Board at today's Annual General Meeting, having served as a Director of the Company since 2013.
Nick Clarke, Chairman of CAML commented:
