Annual Report and Accounts 2017, Notice of 2018 AGM and Board Change

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and notice of its 2018 Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for download from the Company's website at www.centralasiametals.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT at 12:00 noon on 23 May 2018.

The Company also announces that Kenges Rakishev has notified that he will retire from the Board as a Director at the conclusion of the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2018.  Mr Rakishev has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since December 2013.
