Centrica buys Petrolbusters

 AA acquires Petrolbusters.com


 Centrica plc has announced today that the AA has acquired
 Petrolbusters.com as part of improvements to the delivery
 of services to customers.

 Petrolbusters.com, which allows users to log in for free
 access to its website to find the UK's cheapest petrol in
 their area, has been acquired for £250,000 in cash.

 The purchase is the first step in a series of planned
 improvements to the AA's popular website - www.theAA.com.
 The site will be relaunched before the end of the year
 offering enhanced traffic, travel and motoring
 information via the internet.
