Directors' share interests - Centrica Profit Sharing Appropriation
Centrica plc announces that on 16 May 2001, an appropriation of shares in
Centrica plc was made by the Trustees of the Inland Revenue Approved Centrica
Profit Sharing Scheme ('the Scheme') to all eligible employees under the terms
of the Scheme.
Each of the executive directors of Centrica plc (listed below) received an
appropriation of 246 ordinary shares of 55/9 pence in Centrica plc at an initial
market value of 236 pence per share:
Roy Gardner
Mark Clare
Michael Alexander
Roger Wood
These shares will be registered in the name of the Trustee, Centrica Trustee
Limited, in accordance with the rules of the Scheme.
