Final terms for the issue by Centrica plc of GBP 50,000,000 Municipal Index Linked and Fixed Rate Notes due 2026 to be consolidated and form a single series with the GBP 150,000,000 Municipal Index Linked and Fixed Rate Notes due 2026 issued on 4 September 2006 issued pursuant to the U.S. $8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
