Dinkie Heel plc is pleased to announce that contracts have been exchanged for
the sale of its freehold premises at Warmley Bristol at a price net of all
expenses of £950,000 and realising a profit over book value of approximately
£200,000. Completion of the sale is expected in September 2003. The premises are
surplus to requirements following the relocation of toe cap manufacturing to
Botswana. The proceeds of sale will reduce borrowings.
