Further re: Disposal
On 6 December 2004 Dinkie Heel plc announced that it had entered into an
agreement to dispose of certain assets and agreements related to its toecap
activities worldwide and its Phillips rubber activities in South Africa. The
agreement was entered into on the basis that it will be subsequently ratified by
shareholders at an EGM to be convened as soon as practical.
The Company has called an EGM for this purpose to be held on 23 December 2004 at
9.30 am at Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH.
A circular and notice of EGM have been mailed to all shareholders. Copies of
this document will be available free of charge during normal business hours on
weekdays (excluding public holidays) from the date hereof until 6 January 2005
from the offices of City Financial Associates Limited at Pountney Hill House, 6
Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BL.
