The Company will today distribute to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 30 June 2007.


In addition, notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting is hereby given for
10:30 am on Friday 7 December 2007 at the offices of the Company's solicitors,
Taylor Wessing, Carmelite, 50 Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars, London EC4Y 0DX.


A copy of the Annual Report has been made available for public viewing at the
registered offices of the Company, Unit 18 Denvale Trade Park, Haslett Avenue
East, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1SS. A copy is also available for download from
