Ceres Power Holdings plc (the 'Company')
Further to the announcement by the Company on 17 December 2004 that application
had been made for 2,750,000 ordinary shares of 5p to be admitted to AIM on 22
December 2004 under a block admission to satisfy obligations under its EMI
Option scheme, the Company can confirm that during the six month period to 21
December 2005:
• A total of 686,332 ordinary shares of 5p were issued under the scheme;
and
• The balance under the block listing of shares not yet issued is
1,354,895.
During the six month period ending 21 June 2005 a total of 708,773 ordinary
shares of 5p had been issued under the scheme.
