Ceres Power Holdings plc (the 'Company')
Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company was informed on 30 March 2007 that Dr. Brian Count, a non-executive
director of the Company who joined the board on 2 March 2007, purchased 50,000
Ordinary Shares ('Shares') of 5p each at 230p per share on 30 March 2007,
representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
In addition and in accordance with the terms of the service agreement between
Dr. Count and the Company, under which he will receive his fees as a
non-executive director in the form of new Shares in the Company, the Company has
issued 2,543 new Shares of 5p each to him in respect of his first three months
service. Dr. Count will be issued further new Shares under this agreement on a
quarterly basis going forward.
Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 52,543 Shares of 5p each,
representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
In respect of the Shares issued to Dr. Count, application will be made for 2,543
new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur
on 11 April 2007.
