 The Company was informed on 1 July 2008 that Dr. Brian Count, chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ('Shares') of 5p each at 190p per share on 27 June 2008, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital.

 Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 107,850 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.16% of the Company's total issued share capital.
