The Company was informed on 20 December 2009 that Mrs J.E. Count, a related party to Dr. Brian Count, chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at £1.593 per share on 18 December 2009, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's total issued share capital.  

Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 207,850 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.24% of the Company's total issued share capital.
