The Company was informed on 16 April 2010 that Mrs J.E. Count, a related party to Dr. Brian Count, chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at an average of £1.1476 per share on 16 April 2010, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's total issued share capital. 

Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 257,850 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.30% of the Company's total issued share capital.
