Ceres Power Holdings plc ('Ceres' or the 'the Company')

The Company has been notified, in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have an interest in 3,321,326 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 4.98% of the issued share capital.

As per the announcement dated 7 March 2007, Ceres was previously notified that FMR Corp. ('Fidelity Investments') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries held 2,766,362 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 4.15%. Ceres has not received any notification from FMR Corp. subsequent to the announcement made on 7 March 2007.
