Director Changes
Ceres Power, the AIM-quoted fuel cell group, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Brian Count to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect
from 2nd March 2007.
Brian has had a distinguished career in National Power, rising to become Chief
Executive Officer of Innogy plc. He led Innogy plc through its transformation
from a generation company to an integrated energy business, prior to its
acquisition by RWE in 2003.
He was latterly the Chief Executive Officer of RWE Trading ('RWE'), based in
Essen, Germany until he retired from RWE in June 2005. In this role he grew the
European energy trading business to become a commercial hub of the RWE group.
Brian read Mathematics at Kings College, Cambridge and subsequently received a
doctorate in Physics.
He is currently a non-executive director of Eskom, the state owned electricity
company in South Africa, Chairman of Progressive Energy, a company that is
working with Centrica to develop a clean coal fired power station in the UK and
is also a member of the UK Industrial Development Advisory Board of the DTI. He
has extensive experience of international energy utilities and has been
involved with governments and regulatory matters both in the UK and throughout
Europe.

Brian Morrison Count is aged 56 and has no previous names.
He currently holds the following directorships:

•Count on B Limited (registered in the UK, company number 5735195)
Brian holds no shares or share options in Ceres Power.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2
(g) of the AIM Rules.
Board Resignation
Harry Fitzgibbons, who has served a three-year term as a Non-Executive Director
of the Company, has indicated his wish to step down from the Board as from 1st
March 2007. The Board wishes to thank Mr Fitzgibbons for his contribution to
Ceres during its transition from a private company to a substantial public
company. We wish him well in his future endeavours.
