                               Additional Listing



Application has been made for 10,949 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange ("AIM"). 10,948 of these shares are being issued following the exercise
of warrants at exercise prices of Stg£1.00 and the other share to reflect a
difference of 1 share in the number listed and number in issue on 14 October
2002, the date of original listing on AIM.


These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 3 November 2003.
