                 Celtic Resources Holdings plc (the "Company")

                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 13,243 new ordinary shares of €0.25 each to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange. These shares are being issued by the Company in settlement of an
amount due to staff, consultants and advisers for fees, according to the terms
of their agreements, at a price of £Stg 4.19 per share, being the closing price
on the previous business day.

These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 6 February 2004.
