           Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("Celtic" or the "Company")


                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 34,501 ordinary shares of €0.25 each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange ("AIM").


The new Ordinary Shares are being admitted to trading pursuant to the exercise
of options. The above figure includes the exercise of options over 13,803
Ordinary Shares announced on 23 January 2004, but for which a listing
application was not made due to a clerical error. These shares rank pari passu
with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to
commence on 29 December 2006 on AIM.
