                 Celtic Resources Holdings plc (the "Company")

                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 17,178 new ordinary shares of €0.25 each to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange. These shares are being issued by the Company in settlement of an
amount due to staff, consultants and advisers for fees, according to the terms
of their agreements. 9,446 shares were issued at a price of £4.325 per share,
being the closing price on 30 September 2004 for services during the quarter
July to September 2004. The remaining 7,732 shares were issued at a price of
£4.035 per share, being the closing price on 31 December 2004 for services
during the quarter October to December 2004.

These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 27 January 2005.
