CELTIC RESOURCES (HOLDINGS) PLC ('Celtic')
Celtic announces that Mr. Sean Finlay has resigned from his position as
Secretary effective today, 5 April 2000. Mr. Michael Nesbit will succeed Mr.
Finlay as Secretary to Celtic. Mr. Nesbit is a non executive director of
Celtic.
