Director/PDMR Shareholding

Cerillion plc , the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that on 3 February 2021, Mr Mark Nicholls, Chief Operating Officer, transferred 18,645 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse, Mrs June Nicholls, for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Mr Mark Nicholls, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 43,645 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.

The information below, set out in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail on exercise of Options and Transfer.
