Re: Holding in Company
Disclosure of sale on holding exceeding 3%
I our role as administrators we write to advise you that the Resources
Investment Trust Plc (registered in England and Wales with the registered number
4221682) has sold 500,000 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources Plc on January
7th, 2002.
We believe this reduces the Resources Investment Trust's share holding in your
company by such an amount as to change the % held from 13.17% to 12.72% and as
such requires us to notify you of this fact.
