                            Significant Shareholding


The Company was notified on 1st October 2007 by Bluecone Limited ("Bluecone")
that it was the beneficial owner of 16,583,002 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each
in the Company (the "Shares"), which represents 29.7 per cent. of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 1st October 2007 by Centroferve Limited that it
was interested in the Shares by virtue of a deed of irrevocable undertaking
received from Bluecone.
