The Company was notified on 18 September 2006 by Regency Asset Management 
(Cyprus) Limited that Regency Emerging Growth Fund Limited was the beneficial 
owner of 2,285,000 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources, which represents 
approximately 4.72% per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
