                            Significant Shareholding


Celtic Resources was notified on 19 July 2007 by Aton International Limited that 
it was the beneficial owner of 5,402,439 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each in the 
Company, which represents 9.68 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital 
of the Company.

Aton International Limited also notified the Company, on the 19 July 2007, that
one of its custodian client accounts, Starberry Limited no longer held a
notifiable interest in the Company.
