subsidiary companies hold 2,701,447 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources, which 
represents 6.04 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 416,323 shares and 2,285,124 shares are now
held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
