                            Notification of Interests

Celtic Resources was notified on 13th September 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG and 
its subsidiary companies no longer hold a notifiable interest in the ordinary 
shares of Euro 0.25 each in the Company.


The Company was also notified on 14th September 2007 that funds managed by
Altima Partners LLP now holds 15.9% of the issued ordinary shares of Euro 0.25
each in the Company. This position is jointly held as follows:
