The Company was notified on 24th November 2005 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 4,796,124 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which 
represents 10.71 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 416,000 shares and 4,380,124 shares are now
held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
