The Company was notified on 7th June 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 6,651,909 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which 
represents 11.92 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.


Deutsche Bank AG London Branch now holds 4,131,675 shares and 2,520,234 shares
are held by other Deutsche Bank group companies as part of their customer
portfolios, as follows:
