subsidiary companies hold 3,066,282 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources 
which represents 6.52 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.


Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 317,487 shares and 2,748,795 shares are now
held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
