Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that Mark Nicholls, Arif Bhavnagarwalla and Alistair Carwardine have sold in aggregate 42,000 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1910 pence per Ordinary Share.
