The Company was notified on the 20th March 2006 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 5,582,429 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which 
represents 12.14 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 292,500 shares, UFGIS Trading Limited holds
10 shares and 5,289,919 shares are now held by other Deutsche Bank group
companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
