Trading Update
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, is pleased to provide an update on trading for the first six months, ending 31 March, of its current financial year.
The first half of the year has progressed well and results are anticipated to be in line with management expectations, with revenues of c. £6.9m and EBITDA of c. £1.1m, an increase of 11% and 21% respectively compared with the same period in the previous financial year.
The Board expects to announce interim results for the half year in late May, when it will provide a further update on trading.
Louis Hall, Chief Executive Officer of Cerillion, commented:
"We are pleased with the progress Cerillion has made in the first half, which included the Company's successful admission to AIM. The business has continued to trade well and we look forward to updating the market on our continuing progress when we present our first set of results in May."
