Appointment of Joint Broker
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, is pleased to announce that it has appointed SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.
Numis Securities and BMO Capital Markets will continue to serve as Joint Brokers to the Company.
