Board Changes

Chaarat (AIM: CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, announces that Linda Naylor has today stepped down from the Board, as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Chaarat. Linda, who has been with Chaarat since July 2009, announced her intention to step down last November. Chaarat has appointed Chris Eger as CFO, who takes on many of her finance responsibilities.
Martin Andersson, Executive Chairman, comments: "Having worked with Linda to secure an orderly handover of her responsibilities, I, and the rest of the Board, wish her every success in the future and thank her for her contribution to the business over the past nine years."
