Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd (AIM:CGH), a gold exploration company with interests
focused in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 21 December 2007 that
Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson, Non Executive Chairman, through the nominee
account of Cazenove Capital Management Limited, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares
of Chaarat at a price of 43 pence per Share on 21 December 2007. Subsequent to
this purchase, Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson and his wife hold a total of
4,335,200 Shares, representing 6.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
