EXERCISE OF WARRANTS AND ISSUE OF EQUITY
Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (5th December 2017)
Chaarat (AIM: CGH), the AIM quoted company developing the Chaarat Gold Project in the Kyrgyz Republic, has received notifications for the exercise of warrants over 50,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each in the Company at an exercise price of 14.43p per share and 40,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each in the Company at an exercise price of 15p per share. As a result, the Company will receive proceeds of £13,215.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 90,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to occur on or around 11th December 2017. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Following the issue of shares detailed above the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 351,865,832 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
