GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS AND PDMR

Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (14^th February 2017)

Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, is pleased to provide further information in connection with the grant of options as announced on 13^th February.

The options issued to directors and the Chief Operating Officer are as set out in the table below. The exercise price is 15p and they will be exercisable between 1 and 8 years from the date of grant. 50% of the options will vest over three years and the balance on achievement of specific milestones including the completion of the BFS, completion of financing for the Tulkubash Project and, most importantly, the first gold pour.
