Notice of AGM and 2020 Annual Report

Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with an operating mine in Armenia, and assets at various stages of development in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, announces that it has posted today its 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") and 2020 Annual Report. The documents are now available on its website.

A printed copy of this document is also being posted today to those of Chaarat's shareholders who have not elected for electronic communications and who have not requested hard copy documentation.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 at 100 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6JA . However, due to current UK Government restrictions on public gatherings as a result of the outbreak of COVID-19, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person. Please refer to the AGM Notice for details on how to vote by proxy.

Copies of all the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
