Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining Company with an operating mine in Armenia and assets at various stages of development in the Kyrgyz Republic, announces that Chris Eger, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the business on 30 November 2021 to pursue other opportunities.
Chris leaves with the Board's appreciation and thanks for the role he has played in the development of Chaarat over the last three years.
The Company confirms that it is commencing the search for a successor and a further announcement will be made when a successor has been identified. In the meantime, the Company will continue to operate as usual with the existing management team assuming Chris' responsibilities.
