Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, issued an announcement on 17th July 2017 stating that Martin Wiwen-Nilsson, a non-executive director of the Company, held 9,898,237 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 2.84% of the issued share capital of the Company. Due to a transposition error the resultant holding was incorrectly stated and should have been disclosed as 9,998,237 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each. All of the other information included in that announcement was correct.
