Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, is pleased to announce, further to its announcement earlier today, that Labro Investments Limited and Martin Wiwen-Nilsson have now firmly committed for their subscriptions of US$375,000 each of the US$ 15 million issue of short term senior secured convertible loan notes (the "Notes") (the "Issue").
