Further US$350,000 fundraise
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with an investor for the subscription and issue of secured convertible notes 2021 for US$350,000.
These notes are expected to be issued in early January 2019 following receipt of payment on the same terms as the 2021 Notes issued on 11 September 2018, as first announced on 28 August 2018.
The issue of US$350,000 additional notes will bring the total number of notes in issue to US$18,930,000 (currently the Company has US$18,580,000 of notes in issue, as stated in the readmission document published by the Company on 14 December 2018).
