("Bahamas Petroleum" or the "Company")

Director's Dealing

The Company has been informed that Alan Burns, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, yesterday disposed of 6,000,000, ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Disposal") at a price of 16.996 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the Disposal, Mr Burns is now interested in 20,164,989 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Alan Burns, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "As with my previous disposals this month, this sale of ordinary shares has been made in light of my personal circumstances."
