                         Notice of Preliminary Results

Further to the announcement made on 17 March 2008, the Company will not be in a
position to announce its Preliminary Results ('Results') for the year ended 31
December 2007 on Tuesday 29 April 2008. The audit is in the process of being
finalised and the Board will update the market as soon as practicable.

As a result of the delay in publishing the Results, the site visit and
presentation to the financial and trade media expected to take place on Tuesday
29 April 2008 will also be postponed until the Results have been published.
